  • Bears' DJ Moore: One snag in defeat

Moore caught one of three targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 19-16 loss to the Lions.

Moore was nearly blanked in Week 18, securing his only pass for 11 yards in the second quarter. The 28-year-old had another chance to serve as the team's No. 1 wideout with Rome Odunze (foot) sidelined, but he recorded his second straight one-catch performance. Moore finished the regular season having caught 50 of 85 targets for 682 yards and six scores while adding 79 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries over 17 contests. The wide receiver will now look to get back on track in the wild-card round next weekend against the Packers.

  • Bears' DJ Moore: Remains No. 1 receiver Sunday

Moore will remain the Bears' No. 1 receiver in Sunday's Week 18 matchup against the Lions due to Rome Odunze (foot) being ruled inactive for the contest.

Moore has had his moments during the four games Odunze has missed before Sunday, posting a 9-166-3 line on 12 targets in Weeks 15-16. The veteran wideout saw a significant downturn in the Week 17 loss to the 49ers with a one-catch, seven-yard effort while battling an illness, but Moore should be back to full health Sunday as Chicago looks to clinch the No. 2 seed in the NFC with a win.

  • Bears' DJ Moore: Struggles while battling illness

Moore (illness) had one reception on four targets for seven yards in Sunday's 42-38 loss to the 49ers.

Moore was able to suit up for Sunday Night Football despite carrying a questionable tag due to an illness. Fantasy managers didn't benefit much from his presence in the lineup after the starter finished with a 25 percent catch rate. Moore was coming off two of his better games of the season prior to Sunday's dud, so there is hope for a bounce-back performance against the Lions once he is fully recovered in Week 18.

  • Bears' DJ Moore: To play through illness Sunday

Moore (illness) is active for Sunday's contest at San Francisco.

Both Moore and fellow WR Olamide Zaccheaus were added to the Bears' Week 17 injury report Sunday morning as questionable due to respective illnesses. While Moore will be available to the offense this weekend, Zaccheaus won't be along with Rome Odunze, the latter of whom is missing a fourth straight game due to a stress fracture in his foot. In the prior three outings with Odunze on the sideline, Moore combined for a 10-162-3 line on 15 targets.

  • Bears' DJ Moore: Added to report, iffy for Sunday

The Bears added Moore to their injury report and list him questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers due to an illness.

Moore was a full participant in practice throughout the week, but his availability for Week 17 is suddenly in question after he presumably fell ill overnight. Along with Moore, the Bears list fellow wideout Olamide Zaccheaus (illness) as questionable for Sunday's contest, while Rome Odunze (foot) is slated to miss a fourth consecutive game. Clarity on the statuses of Moore and Zaccheaus should arrive when the Bears post their inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff, but if neither player is available, Chicago would be left with Luther Burden, Devin Duvernay, Jahdae Walker and JP Richardson at receiver.

  • Bears' DJ Moore: Game-winning grab

Moore recorded five receptions on seven targets for 97 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 22-16 overtime win over the Packers. He added one rush for 12 yards.

Moore was expected to serve in a big role due to Rome Odunze (foot) and Luther Burden (ankle) both being sidelined. However, he made a limited impact early on after suffering an apparent back injury early in the first quarter, while Caleb Williams attempted only nine passes in the first half. Despite the slow start, he managed to play through the injury and played a key role in Chicago's comeback win, delivering long catches of 22 and 20 yards in the fourth quarter. Moore capped off his day with a 46-yard receiving score to give the Bears the win in overtime. This was his highest yardage total of the season, and Moore now has five touchdowns in his last five games.

  • Bears' DJ Moore: Pair of scores in win

Moore recorded four receptions on five targets for 69 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 31-3 win over the Browns.

Moore didn't see a big bump in targets even with the continued absence of Rome Odunze (foot), finishing tied for second on the team with five opportunities. However, he delivered splash plays throughout the game to deliver a big fantasy performance. Moore's longest catch of the day went for 25 yards just before halftime, but his most impactful catches were scores of six and 22 yards -- the latter of which was a highlight-reel catch between two defenders. He remains an inconsistent producer, but he has now scored multiple times in two of his last four games while also topping 60 yards in both of those contests.
