Hobbs (ankle) was a full participant at practice Thursday, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.
Despite being limited at practice Wednesday, it looks like Hobbs will be at 100 percent for Week 11. With Marcus Peters (knee) and Amik Robertson (concussion) both dealing with injuries, Hobbs could be in line for a significant role at corner Sunday at Miami.

Hobbs was listed as a limited participant on the Raiders' injury report Wednesday.
Hobbs was previously sidelined for four games in a row this season due to an ankle injury, but he's been able to return and play more than 60 percent of Las Vegas' defensive snaps in each of the past two weeks. The 25-year-old has been a starting corner over the past few seasons for the Raiders, and he's tallied 38 tackles, four passes defended and an interception across five games this season. Hobbs will have two more opportunities to increase his participation level before this Sunday's game against the Jets.

Raiders' Nate Hobbs: Snatches first interception of 2023
Hobbs recorded seven tackles (three solo) while intercepting a pass and deflecting another in Sunday's 30-6 win over the Giants.
Hobbs was able to snatch his first interception, picking off Tommy DeVito in the second quarter. The cornerback has now compiled 38 tackles, including a sack, while adding four pass deflections and the interception over five active games this season.

Hobbs had six tackles (four solo) including a sack in Monday's 26-14 loss to the Lions.
Hobbs was active for Monday's game after missing the past four games with an ankle injury. He played 52 defensive snaps and managed to record his first sack of the season in the second quarter on Amon-Ra St. Brown, who was attempting to throw into the end zone on a trick play. Hobbs was a limited participant in practices leading up to Week 8, and his participation leading up to Week 9 against the Giants will indicate whether his usage will increase for that contest.
