Ravens' Justice Hill: Coach optimistic for return in 2025
Head coach John Harbaugh said Friday that Hill (neck) coming back in Week 17 against the Packers or Week 18 against the Steelers is a "real possibility."
Hill will miss a fourth consecutive game while on injured reserve Sunday against the Patriots, but the change-of-pace running back could be back before the conclusion of the regular season. Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali have mixed in behind Derrick Henry during Hill's absence.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Could return late in season
Coach John Harbaugh said Hill (neck) will be sidelined 3-to-4 weeks, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Hill was apparently injured in practice last week and was placed on injured reserve ahead of last Thursday night's game against the Bengals. He'll miss at least three more contests while on IR, but it sounds like he'll have a chance to return when eligible Week 17. Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali will continue to handle backup duties behind Derrick Henry for the next few weeks.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Placed on IR
The Ravens placed Hill (neck) on injured reserve Thursday.
Hill will be forced to miss at least Baltimore's next four games due to a neck injury he appears to have sustained during practice. He wasn't listed on Monday's injury report, but then appeared as a non-participant Tuesday and Wednesday. Beginning Thursday versus the Bengals, and until at least Dec. 27 versus the Packers in Week 17, both Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali will be in position to handle increased complementary roles behind Derrick Henry.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Ruled out to face Bengals
Hill (neck) is ruled out for Thursday's contest against Cincinnati.
Hill was not listed on Monday's injury report, but he's since missed back-to-back practices due to a neck issue and will be forced to remain sidelined Week 13. In his stead, Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali will stand to handle increased backfield roles behind Derrick Henry on Thanksgiving Day, a divisional matchup that could make for a high-scoring affair with quarterback Joe Burrow (toe) expected to return to the starting lineup for the Bengals.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Added to injury report
Hill didn't practice Tuesday due to a neck injury.
Hill wasn't listed on the Ravens' initial Week 13 report released Monday, so he apparently picked up the injury at some point over the last 24 hours. The Ravens will reveal their final injury report Wednesday, when more clarity on Hill's status for Thursday's game against the Bengals should become available.

Ravens' Justice Hill: No opportunities in return
Hill did not record a carry or target in Sunday's win over the Jets. He played 16 snaps.
Hill was back in action after missing Week 11 with a toe injury. However, he was not involved in the game plan, as he played 25 percent of the snaps and did not record a touch. Hill has not played more than 19 snaps in any of his four games since the bye, nor has he gotten more than one carry in any of those outings. Fellow running back Keaton Mitchell is still not out-snapping Hill, but he tends to get the ball when he's on the field. Hill and the Ravens return to action Thanksgiving night against the Bengals.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Ready to return
Hill (toe) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
With Hill back in action, Keaton Mitchell doesn't figure to get much playing time in passing situations this Sunday against the Jets. Both should have roles off the bench behind lead back Derrick Henry.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Present at practice Wednesday
Hill (toe) is participating in the early portion of Wednesday's practice open to the media, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.
Hill managed to log one limited practice session before being ruled out for Baltimore's win over the Browns in Week 11, so his odds of gaining clearance in time for Sunday's matchup against the Jets seem fair. Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali will be in line to handle increased roles behind Derrick Henry once again in the event that Hill remains sidelined versus New York.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Won't play against Browns
Hill (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns.
After not practicing Wednesday or Thursday, Hill returned to a limited practice Friday, but he'll sit this one out and target a possible return to action Sunday, Nov. 23 against the Jets. In Hill's absence versus Cleveland, Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali will be available to handle Week 11 backfield touches that don't go to Baltimore's top RB, Derrick Henry.
