Fantasy managers are panicked about Patrick Mahomes. The star quarterback has struggled recently heading into Week 10 at Las Vegas, and we're getting some crazy questions about other options to start over him.

Relax. Take a deep breath. Calm down. Mahomes will be fine -- hopefully.

In his past three games against Tennessee, the Giants and Green Bay, Mahomes has scored seven, 16 and 12 Fantasy points. It's been rough, but I'm not giving up on him yet. And neither should you.

Opposing defenses have taken away the big plays from Mahomes and forced him to be patient, and he's averaging just 215.7 passing yards per game in his past three outings with two touchdowns and two interceptions. The good thing is he's still attempting at least 35 passes per game, and he has a great history against the Raiders, as you would expect.

In his past five meetings with the Raiders, Mahomes is averaging 317.4 passing yards per game with 13 total touchdowns and three interceptions. He scored 33 and 24 Fantasy points in two games against the Raiders last year.

Only three quarterbacks have scored at least 23 Fantasy points against the Raiders this season, but Mahomes will be No. 4. He'll get back on track this week. And you can start him with confidence -- as usual.

Carson Wentz is expecting his second child any day now. He said Wednesday that "I could get the call at any time." But Wentz said "I'm playing" in Sunday's game against Jacksonville, and he already discussed the situation with his wife.

We hope Wentz gives his new baby a great birthday present with a victory against the Jaguars, and he should help make that happen. I'm counting on Wentz to have a big game against the Jaguars, and he's our Start of the Week.

Wentz has been a quality Fantasy quarterback of late with six games in a row of at least 20 Fantasy points. He scored at least 24 Fantasy points in three games in a row against San Francisco, Tennessee and the Jets, and he should keep it up against Jacksonville at home.

Now, even though the Jaguars surprised us by holding Josh Allen to nine Fantasy points last week, this defense has still struggled against opposing quarterbacks for most of the season. There have been five quarterbacks to score at least 25 Fantasy points against Jacksonville, including Tyrod Taylor, Teddy Bridgewater, Tua Tagovailoa and Geno Smith.

Wentz is clearly better than those guys, and he's playing well heading into Week 10. It should be a big week for Wentz and his family, and we hope everything works out great for him on and off the field.

Rodgers is expected to play in Week 10 after being out in Week 9 when he was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Given the narrative of everything that happened with Rodgers over the past week, I expect him to light up the Seahawks at home. Rodgers averages 30.0 Fantasy points per game in Lambeau Field in three games this season, and he averaged 28.6 Fantasy points per game at home last year. Seattle's defense has played well of late and hasn't allowed a quarterback to score more than 18 Fantasy points since Week 4, but that shouldn't concern you. Rodgers will be a top-five quarterback if he plays as expected.

Ryan had a rough game in Week 8 against Carolina with seven Fantasy points, but he rebounded last week at New Orleans with 31 points. He's now scored at least 21 Fantasy points in four of his past five games, and we should view the Panthers game as an aberration. Calvin Ridley (personal) is out again, but you can still trust Ryan in this matchup. Dallas has allowed an average of 22.3 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, and four quarterbacks have scored at least 23 points against the Cowboys this season.

Wilson is back for this matchup against the Packers after being out since Week 5 with a broken finger, and he should return with a strong performance. The Packers, who have allowed five quarterbacks to score at least 21 Fantasy points this season, could be without defensive tackle Kenny Clark (back) and cornerback Eric Stokes (knee), along with long-term injuries to pass rusher Za'Darius Smith (back) and cornerback Jaire Alexander (shoulder). Wilson, who scored at least 25 Fantasy points in three of his first four games, should go off in a shootout against Rodgers.

Carr went flat in Week 9 at the Giants when he scored just 11 Fantasy points, but he should rebound this week against the Chiefs. He's scored at least 22 Fantasy points in three of four home games this year, and he had 27 and 29 Fantasy points against the Chiefs in two meetings last season. Kansas City allows an average of 24.3 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, and hopefully this game is a shootout between Carr and Patrick Mahomes.

Bridgewater has been inconsistent as a Fantasy quarterback this season, but he has scored 23 Fantasy points in two of three games with Jerry Jeudy on the field. In the first game without Derrick Henry (foot) in Week 9 at the Rams, we didn't see much difference from the Titans offense. Their running back trio of D'Onta Foreman, Jeremy McNichols and Adrian Peterson combined for 22 carries, and Tannehill was under 30 pass attempts for the fifth time in the past seven games. As a result, Tannehill scored just 15 Fantasy points. We'll see if anything changes against the Saints, who allow an average of just 18.8 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, but Tannehill isn't worth starting in one-quarterback leagues this week. For the season, he's averaging just 17.9 Fantasy points per game.

Mayfield scored at least 20 Fantasy points for just the second time all season in Week 9 at Cincinnati. He might have to throw more in Week 10 at New England if Nick Chubb (illness) remains on the reserve/COVID-19 list, but I still don't expect a huge performance from Mayfield. The Patriots allow an average of just 16.2 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, and Mayfield is only worth using in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues.

Cousins is more of a bust alert than a must-sit option, but this is a tough matchup for him at the Chargers, who are No. 4 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. Cousins scored 25 Fantasy points in Week 9 at Baltimore, but he scored his first rushing touchdown this season to support his stats. He was under 200 passing yards for the second game in a row, and he has scored 15 Fantasy points or less in three of his past five games. For the season, the Chargers have allowed just 10 passing touchdowns with six interceptions, and only Mahomes in Week 3 and Mayfield in Week 5 have scored more than 18 Fantasy points against this defense, including matchups with Lamar Jackson, Dak Prescott, Carr and Jalen Hurts. Cousins is only worth using as a low-end starter in deeper one-quarterback leagues.

As of Wednesday morning, we expect Murray to start for the Cardinals after being out in Week 9 with an ankle injury. We'll see if Murray is 100 percent, and also if DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) will return for the Cardinals. Murray could benefit if the Panthers are without pass rusher Brian Burns (ankle), but Carolina allows an average of just 17.4 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks this year. And Murray, when he wasn't dealing with an ankle injury, has stopped running of late with just 38 yards on the ground combined in his past four games. I would still start Murray as a low-end No. 1 Fantasy quarterback in most leagues, but I don't love this setup for him, especially if Hopkins is out.

Nick Chubb (illness) is out this week after being placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list. With Kareem Hunt (calf) still on injured reserve, that means Johnson will once again be in the spotlight for the Browns. We saw this in Week 7 against Denver when Johnson started, and he finished with 22 carries for 146 yards and a touchdown, along with two catches for 22 yards on two targets. This won't be an easy matchup against the Patriots, but six running backs have scored at least 12 PPR points against New England in the past five games. I like Johnson as a top 15 running back this week.

Zack Moss (concussion) could be out this week against the Jets, which means Singletary could be looking at a big workload. Over the past two seasons, Moss has missed four games, and Singletary is averaging 11.8 PPR points per game over that span, including two outings with at least 16 PPR points. This is a beautiful matchup against the Jets, who allow the most Fantasy points to opposing running backs this year. For the season, the Jets have allowed 15 running backs to score at least 13 PPR points. If Moss is able to play this week then consider both Bills running backs as no worse than high-end flex options given the matchup.

In four starts in place of Clyde Edwards-Helaire (knee), Williams has two outings with at least 16 PPR points. He has at least 19 total touches in three of those outings, and he should continue to be the lead running back in Kansas City until Edwards-Helaire is back. For this week, Williams is taking on a Raiders defense that has allowed a running back to score or gain at least 100 total yards in all but one game this season. And the last time these two teams met in Week 11 last year, the Chiefs had three rushing touchdowns against the Raiders from Edwards-Helaire (two) and Le'Veon Bell.

Gordon and Javonte Williams are both worth starting this week against the Eagles, with Gordon a No. 2 running back and Williams a high-end flex. Gordon comes into Week 10 having scored at least 17 PPR points in each of his past two games, including a season-high 23 total touches in Week 9 at Dallas. And Williams just had the first 100-yard game of his career and has scored at least 11 PPR points in two of his past three outings. The Eagles are No. 8 in Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs, so Gordon and Williams again have the chance to be successful Fantasy options this week.

It appears like Latavius Murray (ankle) is out again for Thursday night's game at Miami, so Freeman should again be the lead back for the Ravens. In Week 9 against Minnesota, Freeman played the most snaps of any Ravens running back this year (57), and he finished with 13 carries for 79 yards, along with two catches for 4 yards and a touchdown on three targets. He's now scored a touchdown in three games in a row, and he should stay hot against Miami. The Dolphins have allowed a running back to score in seven of nine games this year, and Freeman grew up in South Florida and went to Miami Central High School.

McKissic will likely be needed in this game since the Tampa Bay run defense is amazing, so he should be heavily involved in the passing game. McKissic has scored at least 16 PPR points in three of his past five games, and he has four games this season with at least five catches and 44 yards. The Buccaneers are No. 4 in receptions allowed to running backs this season with 59, and seven running backs have scored at least six PPR points with just their receiving stats alone. In PPR, McKissic is a low-end starter, and he's a decent flex in all other formats as well.

The Patriots are dealing with injuries to Damien Harris (head) and Rhamondre Stevenson (head), and if both are out then we could see Bolden and J.J. Taylor as the top running backs in Week 10 against Cleveland. I like Bolden more given his expected role in the passing game, and he has three games with at least three receptions in his past six outings. Alvin Kamara (knee) is out for Week 10 at Tennessee, so consider Ingram as a top-20 running back in all leagues. He should be looking at a heavy workload, and Sean Payton won't hesitate to trust him. In his second game with the Saints in Week 9 against Atlanta, Ingram had nine carries for 43 yards against the Falcons, along with five catches for 21 yards. Peterson made his Titans debut in Week 9 at the Rams and looked like a 36-year-old running back playing in his first game this season. He had 10 carries for 21 yards and a touchdown, and he added one catch for 5 yards on one target. Howard has been great in two games without Miles Sanders (ankle). He had 12 carries for 57 yards and two touchdowns in Week 8 at Detroit, and he followed that up with 17 carries for 71 yards and a touchdown in Week 9 against the Chargers. But I would try to avoid him this week, especially in PPR, since he doesn't have a target in those two outings. If he doesn't score a touchdown then he might be terrible, and the Broncos have allowed just five rushing touchdowns to running backs this year, with none in the past two games against Washington and Dallas. Howard will also share playing time with Boston Scott and Kenneth Gainwell, and Howard should only be considered a flex option in non-PPR leagues this week.

Philadelphia will take away the big play for the Broncos, so look for Teddy Bridgewater to feature Jeudy in the middle of the field. He just had eight targets at Dallas in Week 9 and finished with six catches for 69 yards, and hopefully this is the week where he scores his first touchdown of the season. Jeudy has top-20 upside in all leagues in Week 10

Beasley continues to be a target hog for the Bills, and hopefully he stays hot this week against the Jets. He has at least nine targets in three games in a row, and he's averaging 17.7 PPR points over that span. Last year at the Jets, Beasley had 11 catches for 112 yards, and it would be great to see a repeat performance. The Jets have allowed five receivers to score at least 13 PPR points against them in the past three games, so look for Beasley, Stefon Diggs and Emmanuel Sanders to all have the chance for quality production this week.

If there ever was a week for Jones, Jamal Agnew and Laviska Shenault to step up, this is it. The Colts pass defense is bad, and Indianapolis has allowed the most touchdowns to opposing wide receivers this season with 15. The Colts are also in the top 10 in receptions (124) and yards (1,586) allowed to receivers, so hopefully the Jaguars take advantage of this opportunity. Jones only has one game with more than eight PPR points in his past five outings, but he has the most upside of this group. Agnew has actually been a pleasant surprise of late with at least 12 PPR points in two of his past three games. And Shenault is tough to trust with no receiving touchdowns on the season and just six catches for 37 yards on eight targets in the past two weeks, but the matchup makes all three viable this week. I like Jones as a low-end starter in all leagues, Agnew as a low-end No. 3 receiver in all leagues and Shenault as a flier in deeper formats.

We don't know when Calvin Ridley (personal) will return for the Falcons, but hopefully Gage will continue to be productive in his absence, including this week against the Cowboys. He had seven catches for 64 yards on eight targets at New Orleans in Week 9, and he's now scored at least 13 PPR points in two of his past three games. Dallas has allowed four receivers to score at least 12 PPR points in the past three games, and hopefully Gage continues to be a nice complement to Kyle Pitts while Ridley is out. In deeper leagues, you can look at Olamide Zaccheaus, who just had three catches for 58 yards and two touchdowns on three targets against the Saints.

It's tough to trust any of the Saints receivers, especially with Trevor Siemian under center, but this is a great matchup against the Titans in Week 10. Tennessee has allowed the most receptions (153) and yards (1,962) to receivers this season, and the Titans are tied for third with 12 touchdowns allowed to the position. I wouldn't be surprised if either Marquez Callaway, Tre'Quan Smith or Harris step up this week, and Harris has 15 targets in his past two games. He's converted that to just nine catches, 87 yards and no touchdowns, but it's clear that Siemian is looking for him, which could prove beneficial this week against the Titans.

Gallup is expected to play in Week 10 after injuring his calf in Week 1. Hopefully he can pick up where he left off. In the season opener at Tampa Bay, Gallup had four catches for 36 yards on seven targets in just the first half. We know there are a lot of mouths to feed in Dallas with Amari Cooper, CeeDee Lamb, Dalton Schultz and Ezekiel Elliott, but Gallup will still get attention from Dak Prescott. This week against the Falcons, Gallup could be a sneaky No. 3 Fantasy receiver in all leagues, and this is a homecoming game for him since he was born in Atlanta. Just keep an eye on the practice reports to make sure he's active prior to Sunday's game.

In three games with Jerry Jeudy on the field this season, Sutton has been a non-factor. He's combined for four catches, 63 yards and no touchdowns on just nine targets in those three outings, and Sutton has also been outplayed by Tim Patrick in the past two games. It's tough to trust Sutton this week against the Eagles, who have been great this season at limiting big plays down the field. Philadelphia is No. 5 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers, and Sutton and Patrick could be limited this week, while Jeudy likely thrives. I would only use Sutton as a low-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver in most formats.

The knee injury Landry is dealing with might be slowing him down, and he's struggled to be productive this season. He comes into Week 10 at the Patriots with a combined 21 PPR points in his past three games, and it's tough to trust him in this matchup. I'm still hopeful he can start producing at a high level with Odell Beckham no longer in Cleveland, but he has to prove himself first. And I'd also be skeptical of Donovan Peoples-Jones this week in New England. While he should be added in all leagues, I don't expect Peoples-Jones to have a big outing in this matchup on the road.

I want to roster Moore in all leagues since the Jets face Miami in Week 11 and Houston in Week 12, but I don't want to trust him or Corey Davis (hip) if he plays this week against Buffalo. The Bills allow the fewest Fantasy points to opposing receivers, and they should be able to contain this Jets passing attack. Moore has done well recently with at least 12 PPR points in each of his past two games, and he has 14 targets over that span. But that was against Cincinnati and Indianapolis, and this is a big step up in competition. Buffalo also should be angry coming off a loss, and the Bills should make things tough on the Jets offense.

Kirk did great in Week 9 at San Francisco when DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) and A.J. Green (illness) were both out, and we'll see if either of them can return this week, as well as Kyler Murray (ankle). Kirk had six catches for 91 yards on six targets from Colt McCoy, and he's now scored at least 15 PPR points in three of his past four games. He has a tough matchup in Week 10 against the Panthers, who are No. 4 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers. I view Kirk as more of a bust alert this week, but he's just a No. 3 Fantasy receiver at best in the majority of leagues.

Smith was great in Week 9 against the Chargers with five catches for 116 yards and a touchdown on six targets, and hopefully that's a game he can build on for the rest of the season. But I'm not willing to call him a must-start receiver just yet. It was only his second touchdown of the season and first since Week 1. He also scored 11 PPR points or less in three games in a row prior to Week 9, and he doesn't have an easy matchup in Week 10 against the Broncos. Denver has allowed just three touchdowns to opposing receivers in the past three games against Cleveland, Washington and Dallas, and the guys who scored were DeAndre Carter and Malik Turner (twice). The standout receivers of Beckham, Landry, Terry McLaurin, Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb combined for just 26 PPR points, and Smith could struggle in this matchup.

My guy Freiermuth did it again in Week 9 against the Bears with five catches for 43 yards and two touchdowns on six targets, and he's now scored at least 12 PPR points in three games in a row. Since JuJu Smith-Schuster (shoulder) went down for the Steelers, Freiermuth has at least six targets in each outing, and he should continue to be a go-to option for Mason Rudolph, even with Ben Roethlisberger (illness) out, especially in the red zone. I wouldn't be surprised if Freiermuth scores again in Week 10 against the Lions.

Fant was activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list on Wednesday, and hopefully he can take advantage of this dream matchup against the Eagles in Week 10. Philadelphia allows the most Fantasy points to opposing tight ends, including the most receptions (67) and touchdowns (eight) to the position, as well as second in yards (597). In the past four games against Tampa Bay, Las Vegas, Detroit and the Chargers, five tight ends scored at least 12 PPR points against the Eagles. Fant has top-five upside this week.

Since coming to Jacksonville via trade with Carolina, Arnold has been a go-to guy for Trevor Lawrence. He has at least seven targets in three of his past four games, and he's scored at least 10 PPR points in three of those outings. He gets a great matchup in Week 10 against the Colts, who have allowed a tight end to score in each of the past two games against the Titans and Jets. Arnold should be considered a low-end starter in all leagues, with his value higher in PPR.

Swaim is worth a look in deeper leagues since he's scored a touchdown in each of his past two games. He has nine targets over that span with eight catches, 52 yards and the two scores. We'll see if he can stay productive heading into Week 10 against the Saints, who have yet to allow a tight end to score. But I like Swaim's usage lately -- at least 72 percent of the snaps in three of his past four games -- and Ryan Tannehill is starting to lean on him. Swaim is a good streamer in deeper formats.

Henry is going to need to score to save your Fantasy production. Now, thankfully, he's found the end zone in five of the past six games. But he has just seven catches in his past four outings, and he's been at 33 yards or less in each game over that span. We'll see if Jonnu Smith (shoulder) is healthy this week, which could help Henry if Smith is out, but the Browns have allowed just two touchdowns to opposing tight ends since Week 1.

Njoku scored last week against the Bengals, but it was just his second touchdown of the season. And that was his lone catch against Cincinnati on just three targets. He's also been at three targets or less in all but one game this year. Maybe things start to change with Odell Beckham gone, but I need to see it first. And this week he's facing a Patriots defense that is No. 1 in Fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends. I'd avoid Njoku in all leagues, even tight-end premium ones, in Week 10.

Cook had a quality outing in Week 9 at Philadelphia with four catches for 48 yards on four targets, and he also caught a two-point conversion. But Cook also watched as fellow tight ends Stephen Anderson (four catches for 49 yards and a touchdown on four targets) and Donald Parham Jr. (three catches for 39 yards and a touchdown on three targets) were also involved in the action, along with Keenan Allen, Mike Williams and Austin Ekeler. It's a crowded receiving corps, and Cook has been at 48 yards or less in four games in a row, with only one touchdown over that span. He will likely be limited with his production again this week against the Vikings, who are No. 5 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends. In the past two weeks, Dalton Schultz and Mark Andrews have combined for seven catches for 55 yards on 17 targets against the Vikings, who have yet to allow a tight end to score this year.

Cardinals (vs. CAR): We'll see if things change for the Panthers with P.J. Walker starting in place of the injured Sam Darnold (shoulder), but Carolina's offense has struggled of late. The Panthers have scored just 28 points as a team in the past three weeks against the Giants, Falcons and Patriots, with seven sacks allowed, one fumble and four interceptions over that span. Meanwhile, the Cardinals defense has 13 sacks in their past four games against Cleveland, Houston, Green Bay and San Francisco, with two interceptions and five fumble recoveries in those outings. Arizona also has allowed 17 points or less in three of those games over that span.

The Seahawks get Russell Wilson (finger) back this week, but that probably won't help Myers much. He hasn't scored more than eight Fantasy points in a game this season, and he has just one game with multiple field goals, which was Week 6 at Pittsburgh. The Packers also have allowed the fewest field goals of any team this season (six), so don't plan on using Myers as a streaming option this week.
