Just Because: Don Mattingly, popcorn thief

Back in 1992, after chasing down a foul ball, Don Mattingly took a handful of popcorn from a young fan. Here's the video footage.

This happened all the way back on Sept. 16, 1992, but it's still pretty funny. Yankees first baseman Don Mattingly went over to the stands chasing an out-of-play foul ball and decided to get a little snack from a young fan in the front row.

That's a life-long memory for that kid -- who is now an adult, by the way. Well done, Donnie Baseball.
