Colts' Phillip Lindsay: Headed to Indianapolis
Lindsay agreed to a one-year deal with the Colts on Tuesday, James Palmer of NFL Network reports.
Lindsay split time between the Texans and Dolphins last season, but he didn't garner much success with either team. Jonathan Taylor is expected to be a workhorse back once again, while Nyheim Hines operates as the change-of-pace back, but behind those two, the Colts' running back room appears to be wide open. Regardless, barring an injury to Taylor or Hines, Lindsay likely won't see much work with the Colts in 2022 even if he claims the No. 3 spot on the depth chart.

Dolphins' Phillip Lindsay: Modest yardage Sunday
Lindsay carried the ball 11 times for 40 yards in Sunday's 33-24 win over the Patriots.
He took a back seat to Duke Johnson once again in the Miami backfield, but Lindsay's 40 rushing yards were actually a season high for him, and he saw more action than Myles Gaskin (four touches for 10 total yards). Gaskin is the only one of the three under contract for 2022, and Lindsay's 294 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns across 14 games for the Texans and Dolphins won't make the 27-year-old a high priority on the free-agent market, either for Miami or for any other club.

Dolphins' Phillip Lindsay: Barely involved in blowout loss
Lindsay had two carries for one yard during Sunday's 34-3 loss to the Titans.
Lindsay also secured his lone target for eight yards, though both Duke Johnson (seven carries) and Myles Gaskin (five carries) logged more touches out of the backfield. Miami's three-headed rushing attack can't be relied upon to provide consistent fantasy value in matchups where Tua Tagovailoa struggles to move the offense, and a Week 18 divisional contest against New England's dominant defense may not provide many scoring opportunities.
