Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Four catches in Week 8
Goedert caught all four of his targets for 30 yards and added a two-yard run in Sunday's 27-10 loss to the Commanders.
Goedert has 15 catches for 139 receiving yards in three games since Tanner McKee took over as Philadelphia's starting QB, but the veteran TE has now gone five consecutive appearances without a TD after scoring 13 times in the span of 15 regular-season appearances through Week 1 of this season. Goedert had a ball bounce off his hands for an interception in the second half, but the play was negated by a defensive penalty, removing what would have been the lone blemish on Goedert's otherwise clean, though unimpressive, stat sheet. He'll try to snap his touchdown drought in Week 9 against the Giants.

Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Five catches in Week 7 loss
Goedert secured five of seven targets for 48 yards in the Eagles' 38-21 loss to the Cowboys on Monday night.
On a night when both DeVonta Smith (hamstring) and Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) were sidelined, Goedert served as an even more important target than usual. The veteran tight end finished second in all of receptions, receiving yards and targets for the Eagles on the night, and he's now recorded at least five catches in three consecutive games. Goedert has 24 targets over that span as well, and he should remain similarly busy in a Week 8 road matchup against the Commanders on Sunday night.

Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Good to go against Dallas
Goedert (knee) was a full participant in Saturday's practice and does not carry an injury designation into Monday's game against the Cowboys.
After opening the week with two missed practices, the veteran tight end returned to full work Saturday, which was enough for him to fade an injury tag for Monday night's contest. Both DeVonta Smith (hamstring) and Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) have been ruled out, so Goedert and rookie wide receiver Makai Lemon should command the majority of targets from quarterback Tanner McKee. Goedert has a 12-99-0 receiving line on 17 targets over his last two games.

Goedert was back on the practice field Saturday after missing the first two sessions of Week 7 prep while dealing with inflammation in his knee. With Goedert also having been held out of Thursday's practice, his status will need to be monitored over the weekend ahead of Monday night's game against Dallas.
