Eagles' Dontayvion Wicks: Dealt to Philadelphia
The Eagles agreed to terms Friday on a trade to acquire Wicks (concussion) from Green Bay in exchange for a 2026 fifth-round pick and a 2027 sixth-round pick, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Wicks will reportedly ink a new one-year, $12.5 million contract with Philadelphia, providing him a substantial pay raise. The soon-to-be 25-year-old wideout doesn't necessarily face an easier path to playing time with his new team, though that could change if rumors surrounding A.J. Brown as a potential trade candidate do ultimately materialize this offseason. Per the current state of the Eagles' roster, all of Brown, DeVonta Smith, Hollywood Brown, Elijah Moore and TE Dallas Goedert represent target competition for Wicks, who tallied just a 30-332-2 line across 14 regular-season appearances as a depth option for the Packers in 2025. Wicks appears to have gained full clearance from the concussion that forced him to miss the end of the 2025 campaign.

Packers' Dontayvion Wicks: Struggles to stand out
Wicks (concussion) finished the 2025 regular season with 30 catches for 332 yards and two touchdowns in 14 games.
A calf strain, an ankle sprain and a concussion did force Wicks to miss three contests and play fewer than 10 snaps in two others, but he was available for much of the year, and he still finished only third on the team with 46 targets during the regular season. Christian Watson saw more targets (55) than Wicks even though he sat for the first six games of the campaign. The 2023 fifth-round pick has yet to record 40 or more catches in a season across his three-year career.

Packers' Dontayvion Wicks: Downgraded to out
Wicks (concussion) has been ruled out for Saturday's wild-card game at Chicago.
The Packer listed Wicks as questionable on their final injury report Thursday. They're now downgrading him to 'out', which could leave a few more snaps/routes for any combination of Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed and Matthew Golden.

Packers' Dontayvion Wicks: Deemed questionable for wild card
The Packers list Wicks (concussion) as questionable for Saturday's wild-card game against the Bears, Wes Hodkiewicz of the team's official site reports.
Head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed prior to Thursday's practice that Wicks was still in concussion protocol, which was backed up by the wideout remaining a limited participant in the team's final practice of the week. Wicks still has a chance to play Saturday, but he'll need to be cleared for full contact in addition to gaining clearance from an independent neurologist before he's removed from the protocol. With Bo Melton (knee) and Savion Williams (foot) recently going on injured reserve and with Wicks potentially missing the postseason opener, the Packers could be left with Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed, Matthew Golden and Jakobie Keeney-James as their available options at receiver against Chicago.

Packers' Dontayvion Wicks: Another limited session
Wicks (concussion) was limited at Wednesday's practice.
After Wicks suffered a concussion Week 17 against the Ravens, he wasn't able to practice in any capacity before being inactive this past Sunday at Minnesota. He's now maintained his activity level from Tuesday's walkthrough to Wednesday, but he still has some hurdles to get past, including gaining clearance from an independent neurologist, in order to have a chance to play in Saturday's wild-card contest at Chicago.

Packers' Dontayvion Wicks: Limited Tuesday
Wicks (concussion) was estimated as a limited participant for Tuesday's walkthrough practice, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Wicks suffered a concussion in the Packers' Week 17 loss to Baltimore and was inactive for Sunday's 16-3 loss to the Vikings in the regular-season finale. Prior to Tuesday's session, head coach Matt LaFleur told Ryan Wood of USA Today that Wicks remains in concussion protocol, but the wideout's ability to practice in some fashion represents progress. Wicks will have two more chances to upgrade to full activity as he aims to clear the five-step protocol ahead of Saturday's wild-card game against the Bears.

Packers' Dontayvion Wicks: Doubtful for Week 18
Wicks (concussion) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game at Minnesota, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Wicks wasn't able to practice this week after he made an early exit from last Saturday's loss to the Ravens due to a concussion. With his third absence of the campaign imminent, he'll end his third regular season with a 30-332-2 line on 46 targets in 14 appearances. Wicks' next chance for game action is in the wild-card round on either Jan. 10 or 11.

Packers' Dontayvion Wicks: DNP again Thursday
Wicks (concussion) didn't practice Thursday.
Wicks thus hasn't practiced in any capacity since he suffered a concussion this past Saturday versus the Ravens. Considering he appears to have multiple hurdles to surpass in order to gain clearance from the protocol for head injuries, he may be in danger of missing his third game of the season Sunday at Minnesota.

Packers' Dontayvion Wicks: No practice Wednesday
Wicks (concussion) didn't participate in Wednesday's practice, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Wicks was forced out of Saturday's loss to the Ravens in the second quarter and didn't return after undergoing a concussion evaluation. With no on-field work to speak of to kick off Week 18 prep, he appears to be on the outside looking in to suit up for Sunday's regular-season finale at Minnesota. Ultimately, the Packers may make a ruling on Wicks' availability by the time they post their final injury report of the week Friday.
