Jaguars' Brenton Strange: Two snags in blowout victory
Strange caught both of his targets for 55 yards during Sunday's 42-7 win over Indianapolis.
Strange was able to make it seven games in a row with multiple catches to open the 2026 campaign. The tight end tied running back Bhayshul Tuten for the team lead in receiving yards, exceeding 50 yards for the third time in the last four games. Strange has now reeled in 28 of 35 targets for 334 yards and a touchdown over seven contests this season.

Jaguars' Nate Boerkircher: Reels in long TD in easy win
Boerkircher caught his lone target for a 31-yard touchdown in Sunday's 42-7 win over the Colts.
The rookie tight end converted his long touchdown on a busted coverage, putting the Jaguars up 14-0 in the second quarter. Boerkircher entered Sunday with six grabs for 52 yards and a touchdown on eight targets across six games. He has minimal fantasy appeal outside of single-game DFS slates ahead of Thursday night's date with the Ravens.

Jaguars' Chris Rodriguez: Reaches end zone in blowout win
Rodriguez registered 41 yards and a touchdown on six carries while reeling in his only target for 17 yards during Sunday's 42-7 win over the Colts.
Rodriguez was able to exceed 40 rushing yards for the second straight game after failing to do so in any of the team's first five contests of the year. Additionally, the running back slashed through the Colts' defense for a 26-yard touchdown in the third quarter, reaching the end zone for the third time this season. Rodriguez has now rushed 45 times for 209 yards and three scores while reeling in one of two targets for six yards over seven contests so far during the 2026 campaign.

Jaguars' Brian Thomas: Snags red-zone TD in easy win
Thomas caught one of two targets for a 12-yard touchdown in Sunday's 42-7 win over the Colts.
Thomas got the scoring started against Indianapolis, securing a red-zone touchdown with 5:30 left in the opening quarter. With the Jaguars throttling the Colts, Trevor Lawrence dropped back just 17 times all afternoon. On 17 pass attempts between Lawrence (14) and Quinn Ewers (three), 11 different Jaguars drew at least one target. Through seven games this season, Thomas has 10 catches for 117 yards and two touchdowns on 22 targets. A low catch rate and diminished snaps have led to Thomas' name being circulated in trade rumors 10 days ahead of the trade deadline.

Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Highly efficient on low-volume day
Lawrence completed 10 of 14 passes for 210 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions while rushing three times for 10 yards in the Jaguars' 42-7 win over the Colts on Sunday.
Lawrence helped the Jaguars to a commanding 28-0 halftime lead with scoring strikes to Brian Thomas (12 yards) and Nate Boerkircher (31 yards), and he added a 25-yard TD toss to Bhayshul Tuten as time expired in the third quarter. Lawrence eventually gave way to Quinn Ewers late in the blowout win, but not before completing 71.4 percent of his passes and throwing at least three touchdown passes for the fourth time on the campaign. Lawrence now has 1,690 passing yards with a 17:4 TD:INT and has added 80 rushing yards heading into a Week 9 road matchup against the Ravens on Thursday night.

Jaguars' Parker Washington: Remains quiet in Week 8 win
Washington brought in one of two targets for 16 yards and rushed once for 10 yards in the Jaguars' 42-7 win over the Colts on Sunday.
The Jaguars had little need to be aggressive through the air with the Colts non-competitive throughout the afternoon. Trevor Lawrence ultimately put up only 14 pass attempts and Quinn Ewers added another three in mop-up duty, leaving little for Washington and the rest of the air attack to produce with. Washington has a 27-432-4 receiving line on 48 targets through seven games heading into a Week 9 road matchup against the reeling Ravens on Thursday night.

Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Career-best performance in win
Tuten rushed 16 times for 104 yards and a touchdown and brought in both targets for 55 yards and another score in the Jaguars' 42-7 win over the Colts on Sunday.
Tuten looked refreshed coming out of the Week 7 bye, breaking out for a new single-game career-high rushing total. Tuten also recorded his third rushing touchdown of the season on a rumbling 39-yard run during the second quarter where he broke several tackles, and he added his third receiving score over the last two games with a 25-yard grab as time expired in the third quarter. Tuten is up to 4.5 yards per carry after averaging a season-best 6.5 yards per tote Sunday, and he's added six total touchdowns heading into a Week 9 road matchup against the Ravens on Thursday night.

Jaguars' Travon Walker: Nursing rib injury
Walker (ribs) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Colts.
Walker appeared to sustain the injury in the third quarter. Given the Jaguars' large lead, it wouldn't be surprising if the team elected to keep the 2022 first-rounder sidelined the rest of the way. Bryan Thomas and Danny Striggow are both in line for more defensive snaps in Walker's absence.

Jaguars' DaVon Hamilton: Done for remainder of Week 8
Hamilton (knee) won't return to Sunday's game against Indianapolis.
Hamilton suffered a knee injury in the second quarter. He was carted off the field, and as expected, he was ruled out for the remainder of the contest. Ruke Orhorhoro is in line for more snaps for the rest of Week 8. That could remain the case if Hamilton misses time moving forward.

Jaguars' Eric Murray: Done for rest of Week 8
Murray (elbow) won't return to Sunday's game against the Colts, John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site reports.
After being listed as questionable, Murray has now been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game with Indianapolis. The Jaguars have a short turnaround before meeting the Ravens on Thursday night. If Murray can't get healthy in time for that contest, Kaevon Merriweather and rookie Rayuan Lane may need to be more involved, especially if Antonio Johnson (ankle) remains on the shelf.

Jaguars' Eric Murray: Iffy to return Sunday
Murray is questionable to return to Sunday's game versus the Colts due to an elbow injury.
Murray sustained the injury in the first quarter during the game's opening kickoff. With Antonio Johnson (ankle) sitting out Sunday, the Jaguars are already thin at safety and may be forced to rely more heavily on the likes of Kaevon Merriweather and rookie Rayuan Lane if Murray is unable to return.

Jaguars' Jakobi Meyers: Active for Sunday's game
Meyers (hamstring) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Colts.
Meyers logged a pair of limited practices this week before sitting out Friday's session entirely, but as reports Sunday morning indicated, he'll ultimately be available to take the field. Following Jacksonville's Week 7 bye, Meyers will look to find the end zone for the first time since Week 3 against a middle-of-the-pack Colts defense allowing 215.9 passing yards per game.

Jaguars' Jakobi Meyers: In line to play Sunday
Meyers (hamstring/ankle) is expected to play in Sunday's game against the Colts, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Meyers dealt with a hamstring injury during Week 8 prep, logging limited sessions Wednesday and Thursday before sitting out Friday's practice entirely. Assuming he's deemed active approximately 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, he'll be looking to build upon the season-high 83 receiving yards he put up in the Jaguars' last game in Week 6 against the Texans in London.
