Plenty of Fantasy managers won't touch Baker Mayfield after last season's mishaps, but believe it or not he still has potential to bounce back. There were many reasons Mayfield played without his usual swagger, but perhaps the most damning stat was his 71% on-target pass rate, ranked 39th out of 53 quarterbacks with at least 50 pass attempts. The additions of tight end Austin Hooper and right tackle Jack Conklin along with the healthy returns of both Odell Beckham and Jarvis Landry should help Mayfield's accuracy and improve his efficiency. There's concern that new coach Kevin Stefanski will lean more on the Browns' fierce two-headed run game, so don't expect 600 pass attempts. Nonetheless, Mayfield has enough modest upside to serve as at least a good No. 2 Fantasy quarterback with potential to finish in the top-12. That should be enough to consider him for a bench spot with a late-round pick in traditional leagues, while Mayfield is a shoo-in to be a top-90 choice in Superflex/2QB formats.
