Bills' Jordan Poyer: Plans to attend minicamp
Poyer will attend mandatory minicamp this week, though he's still seeking an extension with Buffalo, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Poyer already opted out of OTAs due to his displeasure with his contract situation. The Bills reportedly are in contact with his agents, though, and the fact he returned to practice could be a good sign that a deal is imminent. Poyer and Micah Hyde are considered one of the best safety duos in the league, so Buffalo has a strong interest in keeping the two together for this season's run at the Super Bowl.

Bills' Jordan Poyer: Absent from OTAs
Poyer is not participating in this week's OTAs, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Poyer is believed to be unhappy with his contract situation, especially after some of the team's other key players have gotten their deals reworked recently. The Bills have to be incredibly happy with what the safety brings to the defense, as he's only missed one game in his career and posted 93 or more tackles in all of his five seasons with the team, but at some point the team has to pick and choose how it will spend its money as it gets tighter against the salary cap.

Bills' Jordan Poyer: Makes double-digit stops
Poyer had 10 tackles (seven solo) and one pass breakup during Sunday's overtime loss to the Buccaneers.
Poyer has put together three games with double-digit tackles since Buffalo's bye in Week 7, but he hasn't notched a sack since the season-opener. The veteran safety's constant involvement makes him a solid IDP fantasy option, and Week 15 he will face a Panthers offense that has recently proven prone to turnovers.

Bills' Jordan Poyer: Notches eight tackles
Poyer recorded eight tackles (seven solo) in the Bills' 41-15 loss to the Colts on Sunday.
Poyer continues to put up solid numbers, as this was just his third week without a pass defensed on the season. His eight tackles tied his second-highest mark of the season. Poyer now has 56 tackles, seven passes defensed, four interceptions and a sack on the season.
