Steelers' Chris Boswell: Misses late FG in narrow win
Boswell converted two of three field-goal attempts and all three of his PATs in Sunday's 29-24 win over the Lions.
Boswell made field goals from 59 and 23 yards but banged a 37-yard attempt off the right upright late in the fourth quarter with 2:09 left in the contest. It would have put the Steelers up 32-24, however, Detroit got the ball back with a chance to win but had the game-winning TD called back on a penalty as time expired. On the season, Boswell has made 23 of 27 field-goal tries and all 40 PATs.

Steelers' Chris Boswell: Converts four PATs in Week 15 win
Boswell didn't try a field goal and made all four of his extra-point attempts in Monday's 28-15 win over the Dolphins.
Pittsburgh's offense was quiet in the first half but was able to squeeze out a touchdown with under 20 seconds remaining before halftime. Boswell punched through the point-after and then hit three more in the second half as the Steelers got into the end zone with more ease. Boswell hasn't had a field-goal try in three of his past four games, so fantasy managers in leagues that count kicking may want to look in a different direction.

Boswell made both field-goal attempts and all three extra-point tries in Sunday's 27-22 win over the Ravens.
Both of Boswell's field goals were from shorter distances (23 and 28 yards) than extra-point tries. The kicker has only missed three times in 2025, going 21-of-24 on field-goal tries and 33-of-33 on extra-point attempts.

Boswell went 1-for-2 on field-goal tries and made his only PAT in Sunday night's 25-10 loss to the Chargers.
Boswell nailed a 59-yard field goal in the first quarter before pushing a 45-yarder wide right early in the second quarter. The kicker had a field-goal try blocked in Week 4 versus the Vikings and slipped on another try in Week 6 against Cleveland, resulting in both of his previous misses this season. Boswell was able to make multiple field goals for the fifth time this season, connecting on a 25-yard attempt as time expired in the first half before later adding a 46-yarder in the fourth quarter. The kicker drilled a 41-yard field goal early in the second quarter that put the Steelers up 10-0. Boswell has now made 10 of 12 field goals and all 16 extra-point attempts in 2025. The veteran is a reliable option in fantasy football.

Boswell was responsible for the Steelers' first nine points of the game after connecting on field goals from 44, 50 and 48 yards in the first half. He was brought out late in the fourth quarter for his fourth field-goal try of the game, but his 54-yard attempt fell well short after his planting leg slipped on the turf. Boswell has missed a field goal in two straight games and is 9-for-11 on field-goal tries through the first five games of the regular season.

Steelers' Chris Boswell: Converts four of five kicks Week 4
Boswell went 1-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made all three of his extra-point tries during the Steelers' 24-21 win over the Vikings on Sunday.
Boswell lined up for a 30-yard chip shot to put Pittsburgh up by 11 points late in the second quarter, only for Isaiah Rodgers to break through the Steelers' line to block the kick, which resulted in a Vikings' field goal nine plays later. It was the first missed field goal of the season for Boswell, and through four regular-season games he's gone 5-for-6 on field-goal tries and 10-for-10 on extra-point attempts. The Steelers are on a bye for Week 5, so Boswell will make his next appearance in Week 6 against the Browns on Sunday, Oct. 12.
