Martavis Bryant: Bringing talents to CFL
Bryant signed a contract with the CFL's Toronto Argonauts on Monday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Bryant was suspended indefinitely by the NFL for repeat substance abuse violations back in December 2018, but he's eligible to play for other leagues such as the CFL. The 29-year-old's most recent activity in the NFL came with the Raiders in 2018, when he logged 19 catches for 266 yards over eight contests.

Martavis Bryant: Unlikely to play this year
Bryant (suspension) hasn't applied for reinstatement and isn't likely to play football in 2020, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Bryant applied for reinstatement last summer but never ended up getting clearance. While a new CBA with lighter penalties for substance abuse offenses might seem to work in his favor, the 28-year-old wideout is still subject to terms from the previous collective bargaining agreement. Bryant is on indefinite suspension for repeat substance abuse violations, with his last game appearance coming in November 2018 for the Raiders.

Martavis Bryant: Applies for reinstatement
Bryant (knee, suspension) formally applied for reinstatement Monday, Dan Graziano of ESPN.com reports.
Bryant announced his intent to apply for reinstatement earlier this offseason, and has now officially begun the process. The 27-year-old has worked with both the NFL and NFLPA in addressing his off-the-field issues. The former Pittsburgh and Oakland wideout received an indefinite suspension in mid-December of last season after violating the terms of his April 2017 conditional reinstatement. Less than two weeks before the suspension, Bryant suffered a season-ending PCL injury. He ended the year with 19 catches for 226 yards on 27 targets across eight games.
