Golston suffered a neck injury in Sunday's win over the Cardinals and did not return, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
Prior to his injury, Golston recorded two tackles (one solo). He mans a starting interior defensive lineman spot alongside D.J. Reader for the Giants. Darius Alexander and CJ Okoye would be next up for snaps if Golston needs to miss time.
