Top Elandon Roberts News

  • Raiders' Elandon Roberts: Massive performance in blowout loss

Roberts finished Sunday's 31-0 loss to the Chiefs with 18 tackles (seven solo), including one stop for a loss.

Roberts was on the field for 75 of 81 defensive snaps (92.6 percent) and joined three other Raiders defenders in registering double-digit stops. His 18 tackles were the most of his 10-year NFL career and just the sixth time he has logged double-digit tackles in a game. Roberts is up to 40 stops through seven regular-season games, and he should surpass his total from the 2024 campaign (46 tackles across 17 regular-season games) as a member of the Steelers.

  • Raiders' Elandon Roberts: Good to go versus Chargers

Roberts (elbow) isn't on the Las Vegas' injury report ahead of Monday's matchup versus the Chargers, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.

Roberts is healthy again after picking up an elbow injury in the fourth quarter of the team's Week 1 win over the Patriots. He will once again serve as the team's starting middle linebacker for Monday's matchup.

  • Raiders' Elandon Roberts: Returns to limited practice Friday

Roberts (elbow) was a limited practice participant Friday.

Roberts was held out of practice Thursday due to an elbow issue but was able to log a limited session Friday. The injury occurred in Las Vegas' Week 1 win over New England, and Roberts was removed from the contest after logging just 11 defensive snaps. Roberts' limited practice Friday provides hope that he may be able to suit up Monday against the Chargers, but if he's unable to go, Tommy Eichenberg would likely get a start at linebacker.

  • Raiders' Elandon Roberts: Absent from practice

Roberts (elbow) did not practice Thursday.

Roberts was injured in the Raiders' Week 1 win over the Patriots and was unable to return to the contest. Tommy Eichenberg replaced Roberts in the lineup and would be in line to possibly start in Week 2 against the Chargers on Monday night if Roberts is deemed inactive.

  • Raiders' Elandon Roberts: Won't return vs. New England

Roberts (elbow) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Patriots.

Roberts injured his left elbow in the first quarter, and the issue is severe enough for him to miss the rest of Sunday's regular-season opener. With Roberts done for the day, Tommy Eichenberg will serve as the Raiders' middle linebacker the rest of the way.

  • Raiders' Elandon Roberts: Suffers elbow injury vs. Patriots

Roberts is questionable to return to Sunday's game against New England due to a left elbow injury, Paul Gutierrez of Raiders.com reports.

Roberts suffered the injury late in the first quarter and will undergo further tests to determine the severity of the issue. Tommy Eichenberg will see an uptick in snaps at middle linebacker for as long as Roberts is sidelined.
