  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Sleeper RBs

Charbonnet found the end zone again in Week 16 against the Rams, and he has now scored a touchdown in three of his past five games. He also added four catches for 22 yards on four targets against the Rams, and it would be great if he remained more involved in the passing game. The Panthers have allowed eight rushing touchdowns in their past five games, and five running backs have scored at least 10.2 PPR points against Carolina over that span. That bodes well for Kenneth Walker III, who is worth using as a No. 2 Fantasy running back in all leagues, and Charbonnet, who is a high-end flex.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Logs 13 touches in OT win

Charbonnet rushed nine times for 32 yards and a touchdown and brought in all four targets for 22 yards in the Seahawks' 38-37 overtime win over the Rams on Thursday night. He was also credited with a two-point conversion run. Charbonnet was two carries behind Kenneth Walker, and although the latter outgained him by 68 rushing yards and 42 receiving yards, the former was able to join his backfield mate in scoring a rushing touchdown. Charbonnet recorded a four-yard TD run in the first quarter to open the scoring, and he alertly picked up a ball in the end zone on a fourth-quarter two-point conversion attempt after it had initially been batted by Jared Verse and subsequently ruled a backward pass. Charbonnet continues to operate in a reliable complementary role alongside Walker and now has nine rushing touchdowns on the season, affording him some standalone fantasy value in deeper formats for a Week 17 road matchup against the Panthers on Sunday, Dec. 28.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Leading rusher on eight carries

Charbonnet rushed eight times for 31 yards while failing to secure his only target in Sunday's 18-16 win over Indianapolis. Charbonnet was the Seahawks' leading rusher despite finishing with single-digit carries for the fifth time this season. Starter Kenneth Walker continued his recent struggles with an abysmal 9-17-0 rushing line, resulting in no Seattle players averaging over four yards per carry Sunday. Charbonnet has provided a solid baseline for those in deeper fantasy leagues while serving as a touchdown-dependent asset in standard formats for week 16.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Sleeper RBs

Charbonnet is worth using as a flex option in all leagues in Week 15 against the Colts, and he will continue to share touches with Kenneth Walker III, who is a low-end No. 2 Fantasy running back. Walker has scored at least 13.1 PPR points in two of his past four games, but he continues to lose touchdown opportunities to Charbonnet, who has scored in three of his past five games. Indianapolis has allowed six rushing touchdowns to running backs in the past four games since standout defensive lineman DeForest Buckner (neck) has been out, and hopefully Charbonnet will find the end zone again in Week 15.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Leading rusher in big win

Charbonnet carried the ball seven times for 46 yards and caught two of three targets for 20 yards in Sunday's 37-9 win over the Falcons. Kenneth Walker saw a team-high 10 carries, but it was Charbonnet's 46 rushing yards that paced the Seahawks, and the 66 scrimmage yards represented his best performance since Week 10, Seattle's backfield remains a timeshare, but Charbonnet's nose for the end zone has made him the more reliable fantasy option -- he's got eight rushing TDs through 12 games, while Walker's scored only four. Charbonnet will look to hit paydirt again in Week 15 against the Colts.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Sleeper RBs

Seattle is favored by seven points in this game on the road at Atlanta, so there should be chances for Charbonnet to get plenty of work in tandem with Kenneth Walker III. The Falcons are No. 9 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs, and seven guys have scored at least 12.7 PPR points against Atlanta this season. Charbonnet has scored a touchdown in three of his past four games, and he has three games over that span with at least 13 total touches. He's worth using as a flex option in all leagues, and hopefully, we'll see Charbonnet in the end zone again in Week 14.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Effective at the goal line

Charbonnet rushed the ball six times for 35 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-24 win over the Titans. Charbonnet was limited to a season-low six touches, with Kenneth Walker totaling 14. Charbonnet still delivered a familiar line, specifically finding success near the goal line as he plunged into the end zone from five yards away midway through the third quarter. Even if Charbonnet's role slips overall, he remains the preferred back in short-yardage situations. That will likely lead to boom-or-bust fantasy performances, though he does have seven scores in 10 games on the campaign.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Sleeper RBs

Charbonnet scored a touchdown in Week 4 at Arizona in the first meeting with the Cardinals and finished the game with 12 carries for 39 yards and two catches for 5 yards. He has scored at least 11.8 PPR points in three of his past five games prior to Week 10, with four touchdowns over that span, and he's worth using as a flex in this matchup. Arizona has allowed a running back to score a touchdown in four of the past five games, and Charbonnet is the most likely Seattle running back to find the end zone ahead of Kenneth Walker III. Hopefully, Charbonnet can score again in Week 10.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Sleeper RBs

Charbonnet and Kenneth Walker III both have the chance to be No. 2 Fantasy running backs this week against the Commanders. Six running backs in the past five games against Washington have scored at least 11.1 PPR points, with six total touchdowns over that span. Charbonnet has scored at least 11.8 PPR points in three of his past four games, and he will likely need a touchdown to boost his value. He's been getting those scoring chances consistently with four touchdowns in his past four games, and I like his potential to find the end zone again this week. As for Walker, he's been held to 9.6 PPR points in three games in a row, but I'm hopeful he'll perform better coming off Seattle's bye.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Hits pay dirt twice on MNF

Charbonnet took 12 carries for 49 yards and two touchdowns while catching both of his targets for six yards in Monday's 27-19 win over Houston. Charbonnet was the money-maker out of Seattle's talented backfield duo Monday, cashing in both of his team's rushing touchdowns on the evening. Kenneth Walker (17-66-0) received five more carries and was the game's leading rusher, but it is obvious which stat line fantasy GMs would have preferred in Week 7. Charbonnet has five touchdowns in six games, but his usage in short yardage and at the goal line has contributed to a career-worst 2.8 YPC. The skilled backup should continue generating flex value when the Seahawks come out of a Week 8 bye to face the Commanders on Nov. 2.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Stymied on ground in win

Charbonnet rushed 12 times for 24 yards and brought in his only target for 13 yards in the Seahawks' 20-12 win over the Jaguars on Sunday. As made clear by his rushing line, Charbonnet found virtually no running room against a talented Jaguars front seven, and he actually gained 10 fewer rushing yards on two more carries than backfield mate Kenneth Walker. Sunday marked Charbonnet's fourth game with a sub-4.0-yards-per-carry figure this season, so outside of his occasional rushing touchdowns, the third-year back's fantasy outlook remains stagnant heading into a tough Week 7 home matchup against the Texans on Monday night, Oct. 20.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Punches in third rushing TD

Charbonnet rushed nine times for 36 yards and a touchdown while catching one of two targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 38-35 loss to Tampa Bay. Charbonnet finished with one less carry than Kenneth Walker (10-86-0) in the loss, but it was the former who punched in Seattle's only rushing score of the contest. The 24-year-old Charbonnet received seven fewer carries than the starter in his return from a foot injury in Week 4, but Sunday's near-even split in touches indicates a potential timeshare moving forward. If that trend holds true, then Charbonnet would see a slight bump in value at Walker's expense heading into next Sunday's tilt against the Jaguars.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Tough sledding in Week 4 win

Charbonnet (foot) rushed 12 times for 39 yards and a touchdown and brought in both targets for five yards in the Seahawks' 23-20 win over the Cardinals on Thursday night. Making his return from a one-game absence due to a foot injury, Charbonnet missed an opportunity for a two-touchdown night when his seven-yard scoring run early in the fourth quarter was nullified by a Jaxon Smith-Njigba holding call. Charbonnet had found the end zone for the second time this season on a one-yard run late in the first half, but after logging more snaps than backfield Kenneth Walker in each of the first two games of the season, the latter recorded six more carries Thursday night. Consequently, Charbonnet may continue working in more of a complementary role during a Week 5 home matchup against the Buccaneers on Sunday, Oct. 5.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Status in question for Thursday

Charbonnet (foot) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game at Arizona, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports. After sitting out a Week 3 win against the Saints due to a foot injury, Charbonnet was listed as full on Monday's practice estimate and then was able to log every rep at Tuesday's walkthrough. Despite the lack of limitations this week, he won't escape it without a designation ahead of Week 4 action. Ultimately, Charbonnet's availability will be confirmed, one way or another, about 90 minutes before Thursday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff. He likely will resume his timeshare with fellow RB Kenneth Walker if he's active.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Full listing on practice estimate

Charbonnet (foot) was listed as a full participant on Monday's estimated injury report, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports. Charbonnet didn't practice last week due to a foot injury that left him listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Saints. He predictably was included among the Seahawks' inactives for Week 3, but his estimated activity level Monday indicates that he's on pace to return to action Thursday at Arizona. If he returns to action, he'll likely resume his timeshare with Kenneth Walker out of Seattle's backfield.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Listed as doubtful for Week 3

Charbonnet (foot) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against New Orleans, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports. Kenneth Walker thus projects for a huge workload in a game the Seahawks are heavily favored to win. Third-stringer George Holani should also get some playing time Sunday, with either Damien Martinez or Jacardia Wright potentially called up from the practice squad. Charbonnet didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday and doesn't seem likely to do much, if anything, Friday. The schedule does him no favors here, with Seattle's next game coming just four days later, Thursday night at Arizona.
