  • Buccaneers' Chase McLaughlin: Perfect on four kicks Thursday

McLaughlin made his only field-goal attempt and all three extra-point tries Thursday in a 24-16 win against Dallas.

McLaughlin made all three of his PAT tries before nailing a 41-yard field goal late in the third quarter. He could have had an additional chip-shot FG midway through the fourth, but the Buccaneers somewhat surprisingly tried (and failed) to get into the end zone on a fourth-and-goal play from the 1-yard line when a field goal would have given them a three-score lead. Regardless, McLaughlin looked fine after missing practice Tuesday with a right groin/hip issue, and he's now a perfect 10-for-10 on field-goal attempts this season.

  • Cowboys' Brandon Aubrey: Makes lone FG try Thursday

Aubrey made his only field-goal attempt and his lone extra-point try in a Week 5 loss to Tampa Bay on Thursday.

Aubrey didn't get many opportunities to kick, but he did nail a 41-yard FG just before halftime. The All-Pro kicker is now 9-for-12 on field-goal tries this season, with all of his misses (including two that were blocked) coming from at least 59 yards out. Aubrey is still one of the league's elite kickers, and he figures to continue getting opportunities from very deep considering the strength of his leg.

  • Buccaneers' Chase McLaughlin: Will play Thursday

Head coach Todd Bowles said Wednesday that McLaughlin (groin) will play Thursday night against the Cowboys, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

McLaughlin popped up on the injury report Tuesday as a DNP, but it sounds like it was more precautionary than anything else. The veteran kicker is a perfect 9-for-9 on field-goal tries and 7-for-7 on PATs after four games. Kicking in a Tampa Bay offense struggling to score touchdowns, McLaughlin has plenty of fantasy value as the team's main source of offense in the red zone.

  • Buccaneers' Chase McLaughlin: Misses practice Tuesday with injury

McLaughlin didn't practice Tuesday due to a right groin/hip injury.

Though he wasn't included on the team's initial Week 5 injury report released Monday, McLaughlin's absence from practice a day later makes his status worth tracking as Thursday's game against the Cowboys approaches. For the time being, the Buccaneers still seem to be proceeding with the expectation that McLaughlin will be ready to play Thursday, as Greg Auman of Fox Sports relays that the team hasn't reached out to free agent kicker B.T. Potter, who served as McLaughlin's backup in the preseason.

  • Saints' Daniel Carlson: Misses FGA in Week 4 loss

Carlson went 1-for-2 on field-goal tries and 3-for-3 on PATs in Monday night's 45-24 loss to the Falcons.

Carlson's miss was from 52 yards in the first quarter, as he pulled the kick wide left. His make was from 27 yards in the third quarter, and Carlson is now 5-for-7 on field goals and 10-for-11 on PATs across four games this season. He'll be a top-15 option next week against the Vikings.

  • Nick Folk K | ATL

Falcons' Nick Folk: Perfect on seven kicks in MNF win

Folk made his lone field-goal attempt all six PATs in Monday night's 45-24 win over the Saints.

The Falcons dominated this game from start to finish and ran the ball down New Orleans' throat, especially in the red zone, which kept Folk kicking extra points. His field goal was good from 29 yards, and the 41-year-old has made just six of nine field-goal tries and all 10 PATs through four games. All three of his misses this season are from 40-plus yards.

  • Panthers' Ryan Fitzgerald: Misses on two extra-point attempts

Fitzgerald connected on both of his field-goal tries and two of his four point-after attempts in Sunday's 32-26 win over the Lions.

Though his successful field goals of 33 and 47 yards helped provide the Panthers with enough cushion in the win, Fitzgerald's misfires on extra points following touchdowns in the second and third quarters could begin to cost him some job security. His first miss struck the right upright, while his second miss wasn't particularly close after he shanked the kick wide right. Fitzgerald has now missed three of his 13 extra-point tries on the season, after going 27-for-30 on those attempts as a rookie in 2025.

  • Jake Bates K | DET

Lions' Jake Bates: Scores 14 points in Week 4 loss

Bates connected on all four of his field-goal tries and both of his point-after attempts in Sunday's 32-26 loss to the Panthers.

Bates finished with a season-high 14 points in the loss, doubling up his previous best after he totaled seven points in each of the Lions' first three contests. He got the scoring started on the night with a season-long 54-yard boot in the first quarter, then knocked down attempts of 43 and 41 yards in the second quarter before tacking on a 26-yard conversion midway through the third quarter. Bates has now gone a perfect 21-for-21 on kicks (seven field goals, 14 extra points) on the campaign.

  • Buccaneers' Chase McLaughlin: Does not attempt field goal in loss

McLaughlin did not attempt a field goal and made both of his PATs during Sunday's 17-14 loss to Green Bay.

McLaughlin went without a field-goal try for the first time in a regular-season contest since Week 12 of the 2025 campaign. The remains perfect on the season, going 9-for-9 on field-goal attempts, including 3-for-3 from 50-plus yards, while also making all seven of his PATs over the team's first four games.

  • Patriots' Andy Borregales: No FGAs in win

Borregales did not attempt a field and made all three of his extra-point tries during Sunday's 29-26 win over Buffalo.

Borregales went without a field-goal try for the first time in a regular-season contest since Week 10 of the 2025 campaign. The kicker made the three kicks that he was given the opportunity to attempt Sunday, and he figures to get more field-goal chances in Week 5 against the Raiders.
