Falcons' Cooper Rush: Acts as emergency QB3 in Week 6
Rush (coach's decision) is listed as inactive but will serve as the Falcons' emergency third quarterback for Sunday's game against the Bears.
Rush sits as the emergency third option behind Michael Penix and Tua Tagovailoa. Rush will only enter the game if both Penix and Tagovailoa are unable to play.

Behren Morton QB | NE
Patriots' Behren Morton: Emergency QB3 again
Morton (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Patriots' emergency third quarterback against the Jets on Sunday.
Morton remains the third option at quarterback behind starter Drake Maye and backup Tommy DeVito. The seventh-round rookie will only enter Sunday's contest if both Maye and DeVito cannot return to the game.
-
Case Keenum QB | CHI
Bears' Case Keenum: Emergency QB3 for Week 6
Keenum (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Bears' emergency third quarterback against the Falcons on Sunday.
With Caleb Williams (hamstring) officially cleared to return from a three-game absence, head coach Ben Johnson has opted to go with Tyson Bagent as the Bears' backup. As the emergency QB3, Keenum is now allowed to play against Atlanta on Sunday unless both Willams and Bagent leave the game due to injury, illness or ejection.
-
Drew Allar QB | PIT
Steelers' Drew Allar: Healthy scratch for Week 6
Allar (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
With Aaron Rodgers and Mason Rudolph as the active quarterbacks and Will Howard inactive as the emergency third option, there is no current place for the third-round rookie in the quarterback room. Allar will likely remain inactive unless one of the other three quarterbacks gets injured.
-
Will Howard QB | PIT
Steelers' Will Howard: Emergency QB for Week 6
Howard (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, though he is listed as the team's emergency quarterback.
Howard remains in the emergency role, destined only to enter the game if starter Aaron Rodgers and backup Mason Rudolph both must exit the contest.
-
Riley Leonard QB | IND
Colts' Riley Leonard: Emergency QB3 vs. Tennessee
Leonard (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Colts' emergency third quarterback against the Titans on Sunday.
Leonard will once again serve as the emergency QB3, meaning that he is restricted from playing Sunday unless both Daniel Jones and Anthony Richardson leave the game due to injury, illness or ejection.
-
Caleb Williams QB | CHI
Bears' Caleb Williams: Active for Week 6
Williams (hamstring) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Falcons.
It was reported Saturday that Williams was on track to both suit up and start Sunday in Week 6, and it is now official that he will be in uniform. While the latter has not officially been confirmed, Case Keenum was designated as Chicago's third quarterback Sunday and Tyson Bagent is the only other signal-caller on the roster, so all signs point to Williams opening the contest under center.
-
Joe Milton III QB | PHI
Eagles' Joe Milton: Emergency QB3 in Eagles debut
Milton (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Eagles' emergency third quarterback against the Panthers on Sunday.
The Eagles signed Milton off the practice squad to the active roster Friday following the news that Jalen Hurts would be out indefinitely due to a superficial blood clot in his calf, with the latter being placed on injured reserve Saturday. The Eagles will start Tanner McKee on Sunday while rookie fifth-rounder Cole Payton as the backup. As the emergency QB3, Milton is prohibited from playing against Carolina unless both McKee and Payton leave the game due to injury, illness or ejection.

Tyler Shough QB | NO
Saints' Tyler Shough: Playing through broken bones in hand
Shough has been playing with two broken bones in his left hand, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Shough has been listed with a left hand injury the past two weeks, but its extent wasn't known until Schefter's report Sunday morning. He had his least productive performance of the season last Sunday versus the Vikings' ferocious defense, when he completed 16 of 25 passes for just 96 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions. Shough will aim to get back on track in Week 6 against a banged-up Giants defensive unit.
