Packers' David Bakhtiari: Dealing with swelling
Bakhtiari didn't play Sunday against the Falcons because of swelling in his knee according to head coach Matt LaFleur, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Bakhtiari's absence had nothing to do with the game being played on turf, with LaFleur emphasizing "his knee is injured" in reference to the star offensive lineman. It's unclear if the veteran tackle is in danger of missing the team's Week 3 matchup against the Saints, but he'll likely be considered questionable for the game in the days ahead. If he were to miss another contest, Rasheed Walker would likely draw the start in his place.

Packers' David Bakhtiari: Questionable Sunday
Bakhtiari (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against Atlanta, Wes Hodklewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Even though Green Bay's star tackle didn't practice all week, there's a chance he plays Sunday. Bakhtiari has been dealing with a knee injury, but it seems like the Packers may have been holding him out simply for "vet rest," per the team's injury report. If the 31-year-old were to miss Sunday, Rasheed Walker would be the next man up at left tackle for Green Bay.

Packers' David Bakhtiari: Good to go Sunday
Bakhtiari doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's contest in Chicago, Wes Hodklewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Green Bay's star tackle has appeared in only 12 games over the past two seasons, as he has dealt with knee and appendix issues. Bakhitiari missed the past three days of practice, but it seems that those were just veteran rest days to make sure his knee is ready for the coming season.
