Ravens' Marlon Humphrey: Misses another practice
Humphrey (foot) didn't participate during Thursday's practice, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Humphrey has now missed his second straight day of practice, making it more likely that he won't be able to suit up for the Ravens' Week 3 game against Indianapolis. The 27-year-old would miss his third week in a row if he is unable to go Sunday, as he continues to rehab from foot surgery in August.

Ravens' Marlon Humphrey: Out again for Week 2
Humphrey (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's Week 2 game against the Bengals.
Humphrey underwent foot surgery last month and will have to wait at least another week before making his season debut. He's a critical missing piece with Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins on deck. Veteran Ronald Darby is the Ravens' current No. 1 cornerback. With safety Marcus Williams (pec) also sidelined, this is a bounce-back spot for the Cincinnati passing offense.

Ravens' Marlon Humphrey: Still isn't practicing
Humphrey (foot) didn't practice Wednesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN reports.
Humphrey has yet to practice since getting foot surgery Aug. 18. The cornerback hasn't been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals, but Humphrey would almost certainly need to return to practice first and get some reps under his belt before he's ready to be thrust into a game situation.

Ravens' Marlon Humphrey: Outside chance to play Sunday
Humphrey (foot) "has a shot" to play Sunday at Cincinnati, Sherree Burruss of NFL Network reports.
Humphrey missed Baltimore's opener after undergoing foot surgery on Aug. 18, but there's apparently at least some optimism he could be available again as early as Week 2. Baltimore's practice reports this week will be the best indicator of how far along he is, though, and if he misses a second consecutive week, offseason acquisition Ronald Darby should again operate as the de facto No. 1 corner for the Ravens.

Ravens' Marlon Humphrey: Will miss opener
Humphrey (foot) is listed as out for Sunday's game versus Houston.
After undergoing a surgery on his foot back in mid-August, Humphrey will now be forced to sit out of at least one game to start the 2023 season. The Ravens will be thin at cornerback until their three-time Pro Bowler returns, with Rock Ya-Sin probably being their best qualified player to take over as the top dog.

Ravens' Marlon Humphrey: Not practicing Wednesday
Humphrey (foot) was absent from practice Wednesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Humphrey avoided placement on injured reserve coming out of the preseason, which indicates that the Ravens are optimistic their top cornerback will be ready to play before Week 5. However, his lack of participation in practice to begin Week 1 prep doesn't bode well for his chances of suiting up Sunday versus the Texans. Humphrey is coming off a 2022 campaign in which he tallied 71 tackles, seven pass breakups, three interceptions, three sacks and two fumble recoveries in 17 games.

Ravens' Marlon Humphrey: On track for early part of season
Coach John Harbaugh said Tuesday that he's confident Humphrey (foot) will return during the first quarter of the regular season, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.
The Ravens have Humphrey on their initial 53-man roster and thus get the option of playing him before Week 5. He had foot surgery in mid-August, with the Ravens previously saying they expected their top cornerback to return early in the regular season. It sounds like Humphrey is still on track to debut at some point in September or early October.

Ravens' Marlon Humphrey: Undergoes surgery
Humphrey (foot) underwent surgery Friday and is expected to be back at some point in the early part of the season, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Head coach John Harbaugh was vague regarding Humphrey's definitive timeline, but it sounds like he could miss a few games early in the year. Should that occur, Jalyn Armour-Davis could be in line for a heavier workload than usual out the gate.
