Eagles' Fletcher Cox: Questionable for Thursday
Cox (ribs) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game versus the Vikings.
Cox underwent an MRI after taking a hit to the ribs during Sunday's win at New England, but the results were negative, meaning he should be able to return to action soon. Whether that means he can play in Week 2 is still up in the air though, and if he can't, 2021 third-rounder Milton Williams seems like a good candidate to see an increased workload.

Eagles' Fletcher Cox: Should be OK
Cox had an MRI and should be fine after taking a hit to the ribs in Sunday's win over the Patriots, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Cox will have until Thursday to recover with the Eagles on a short week. Despite the expectation that he won't miss significant time, it's still not clear if he'll be able to take the field in Week 2 against the Vikings. If he is unable to play, Jalen Carter and Milton Williams will likely be called on to step up in his absence.

Eagles' Fletcher Cox: Not on injury report
Cox wasn't listed on the Eagles' injury report Wednesday.
Cox didn't play in the preseason while dealing with knee soreness. He signed a one-year, $10 million contract with the Eagles in March to remain with the team that drafted him in the first round of the 2012 draft. Entering his 12th season, Cox will once again anchor Philadelphia's defensive front alongside Brandon Graham, Josh Sweat and 2023 first-round pick Jalen Carter.
