Commanders' Efe Obada: Clear to play Sunday night
Washington upgraded Obada (finger) on Saturday, meaning he'll be available for Sunday's game versus the Giants.
Obada apparently sustained an injury to his finger at practice Friday, but it doesn't look like it will hold him back in Week 15. He should continue to rotate in at defensive end behind Montez Sweat and James Smith-Williams.

Obada (finger) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Obada was added to the injury report after apparently suffering an injury during practice. He still managed a limited session, which bodes well for his potential availability for the important divisional showdown. Obada has served a significant role along the Commanders' defensive line this season, tallying 18 total tackles with three sacks across 13 games.
