  • Dolphins' Austin Jackson: Back to normal

Jackson (illness) is reported to be "back to normal."

Jackson tested positive for Covid and hit the Dolphins' COVID-19 list the week before Miami's season opener. Fortunately for the left tackle, Jackson was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday and then was able to play Sunday in Miami's win over New England. It now seems that Jackson will be a full participant in practice and should be able to play again Sunday against the Bills.

Jackson (illness) was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday and is questionable for Sunday's Week 1 matchup against the Patriots, Safid Deen of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Although Jackson is no longer on the COVID-19 list, he'll travel to New England separately from his teammates and could be a game-time decision for the season opener. If the 22-year-old is unable to play, Greg Little will likely serve as Miami's starting left tackle.
