The Dolphins signed Cook to the practice squad Tuesday.
The 25-year-old was waived by Miami on Saturday prior to Week 5 in a corresponding move to make room for Kenneth Grant (toe), who was activated off injured reserve. Cook will remain in a depth role behind Malik Willis and Kyle McCord.

Cook will get a new opportunity in Miami, where he is expected to slot in as the Dolphins' QB3 behind starter Malik Willis and backup Kyle McCord.
