Jadeveon Clowney DAL OLB
Cowboys' Jadeveon Clowney: Expected to play Sunday
4h agoClowney, who is officially questionable to play against Minnesota on Sunday, is likely to suit up, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Clowney missed last Sunday's game against Detroit due to the hamstring issue, but he was able to follow a pair of limited practices to begin this week with a full session Friday. The veteran defensive end therefore appears set to return to action against the Vikings on Sunday. In the last three games for which he was healthy, Clowney logged a defensive snap share between 43 and 47 percent.

Jake Ferguson DAL TE
Cowboys' Jake Ferguson: Still looking good for Sunday
4h agoFerguson (calf), who is officially questionable for Sunday's Week 15 matchup against Minnesota, is expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Though Ferguson logged an LP/DNP/LP practice progression this week, there hasn't been substantial chatter about him needing to miss Sunday's contest. That remains the case as of Saturday evening, though official confirmation of Ferguson's status may not come until about 90 minutes before Sunday's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. Should there be a surprise and Ferguson needs to sit out the matchup, Luke Schoonmaker would likely work as the Cowboys' top tight end.

Emanuel Wilson GB RB
Packers' Emanuel Wilson: Likely to be game-time call Sunday
4h agoWilson (illness), who is questionable for Sunday's Week 15 matchup against Denver, will see how he feels in the morning before a determination is made about his availability, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Per Schefter, Wilson showed up at Green Bay's training facility with a virus Saturday and was sent home with medication. While the team hopes the running back has recovered enough to play Sunday, it sounds like that decision won't be made until he checks in with the Packers early Sunday. Starting RB Josh Jacobs (knee) is expected to suit up against Denver, according to Schefter, but if Wilson sits out, more carries could be available for Chris Brooks and practice-squad elevation Pierre Strong.
-
Nick Chubb HOU RB
Texans' Nick Chubb: Unlikely to suit up Week 15
4h agoChubb (ribs), who is officially questionable to play against the Cardinals on Sunday, is not expected to suit up, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Chubb suffered an injury to his ribs last Sunday night against Kansas City and missed the first two days of practice this week. He advanced to a limited session Friday to draw a questionable tag, but it doesn't look like that will be enough for the veteran running back to take the field against Arizona. Woody Marks should dominate backfield work for Houston, while Dare Ogunbowale is slated for an uptick in offensive snaps as the team's No. 2 ball carrier.
-
Emari Demercado ARI RB
Cardinals' Emari Demercado: Slated to suit up Sunday
4h agoDemercado, who is officially questionable for Sunday's game against Houston due to an ankle injury, is expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Demercado hasn't been able to play in any of Arizona's past three games due to the ankle issue, but he logged a trio of limited practices this week to set up his return to action. He could take on a fairly significant role right away upon his return, though it's unclear how the Cardinals will split up the workload between Bam Knight, Michael Carter and Demercado. The outlook for the trio isn't particularly bright against a Texans defense that is tied for the fourth-fewest rushing yards allowed to RBs this season.
-
Chris Rodriguez Jr. WAS RB
Commanders' Chris Rodriguez: Looking like game-time decision
4h agoRodriguez, who is officially questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Giants due to a groin injury, plans to determine in pre-game warmups if he's able to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Rodriguez managed a pair of limited practices to end the week, but he remains very iffy for Sunday's matchup. Fantasy managers who roster Rodriguez should plan to check in around 90 minutes ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET start time to learn whether the third-year running back is going to be able to give it a shot. If Rodriguez ends up sitting out the contest, Jacory Croskey-Merritt and Jeremy McNichols will likely take on the bulk of Washington's RB reps.

Nick Mears MIL RP
Royals' Nick Mears: Sent to Royals
9h agoThe Brewers traded Mears to the Royals on Saturday alongside Isaac Collins in exchange for Angel Zerpa, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.
Mears enjoyed the best campaign of his career with Milwaukee in 2025, finishing the regular season with a 3.49 ERA and 0.97 WHIP over 56.2 innings while also notching his first career save. The 29-year-old righty is unlikely to beat out Carlos Estevez and Lucas Erceg in the race for high-leverage opportunities, but Mears will inject some depth into Kansas City's middle-relief unit.
-
Isaac Collins MIL LF
Royals' Isaac Collins: Traded to Kansas City
9h agoThe Brewers traded Collins to the Royals on Saturday alongside Nick Mears in exchange for Angel Zerpa, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.
Collins entered the 2025 season as a relatively unknown player but quickly proved himself as a productive bat, slashing .263/.368/.411 with 54 RBI, 56 runs scored and 16 stolen bases over 441 regular-season plate appearances. His performance allowed him to take fourth place in NL Rookie of the Year voting. With Garrett Mitchell (shoulder) expected to return in 2026 and Akil Baddoo signing with the Brewers on Thursday, Milwaukee's outfield room was beginning to become crowded, so the team will now send Collins to Kansas City, where the 28-year-old outfielder should have a much easier path to regular playing time.

Angel Zerpa KC RP
Brewers' Angel Zerpa: Shipped to Milwaukee
9h agoThe Royals traded Zerpa to the Brewers on Saturday in exchange for Isaac Collins and Nick Mears, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.
Zerpa finished the 2025 season with a 4.18 ERA and 1.38 WHIP across 64.2 innings while also recording 14 holds. The Brewers aren't hurting for high-leverage arms with Trevor Megill, Abner Uribe and Jared Koenig already making up the back end of their bullpen, so Zerpa will likely be limited to middle-relief duty with his new club.

Dustin May BOS SP
Cardinals' Dustin May: Signs with Cardinals
11h agoMay signed a one-year contract with the Cardinals on Saturday that includes a mutual option for 2027, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.
May set a new career high with 132.1 innings pitched between the Dodgers and Red Sox in 2025, though his 4.96 ERA and 1.42 WHIP in the regular season both marked significant regression from previous years. Despite his recent struggles, the 28-year-old righty should have little trouble claiming a spot in a Cardinals rotation that doesn't feature much depth following the departure of Sonny Gray.
-
Nick Frasso LAD SP
Dodgers' Nick Frasso: Re-signs with Dodgers
13h agoFrasso (undisclosed) signed a minor-league contract with the Dodgers on Saturday, Aram Leighton of JustBaseball.com reports.
After turning in a 5.49 ERA and 1.58 WHIP over 77 innings at Triple-A Oklahoma City this past season and being non-tendered by the Dodgers in November, Frasso will officially return to the organization for 2026. The 27-year-old is still waiting on his first promotion to the majors, but he will likely need to show significant improvement in the minors before getting a chance to join the Dodgers' talented pitching staff.
-
Kenley Jansen LAA RP
Tigers' Kenley Jansen: Joins Tigers on one-year deal
13h agoJansen signed a one-year, $11 million contract with the Tigers on Saturday, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.
Jansen's new deal also includes a club option for the 2027 season, per Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic. The 38-year-old has yet to show signs of slowing down, as he finished the 2025 campaign with a 2.59 ERA and 0.95 WHIP over 59 innings while collecting 29 saves with the Angels. Now set to spend his 17th MLB season in Detroit, the right-hander will likely begin 2026 as the team's closer, moving Will Vest and Kyle Finnegan into setup roles.

Victor Wembanyama SA C
Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Nears double-double in return
3h agoWembanyama (calf) posted 22 points (6-11 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 9-12 FT), nine rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal across 21 minutes in Saturday's 111-109 win over the Thunder.
Wembanyama came off the bench for the first time in his NBA career following a 12-game absence due to a left calf strain. The star big man impressed in his return, finishing as the Spurs' leading rebounder while tying the second-highest scoring total on the team. He also recorded a team-best plus-21 point differential and a game-high two blocks in his limited run. Wembanyama and the Spurs will face the Knicks in the NBA Cup Championship on Tuesday, and it will be worth monitoring whether he remains on a similar minutes restriction.
-
Jase Richardson ORL PG
Magic's Jase Richardson: Leads bench in loss
4h agoRichardson contributed nine points (3-4 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two assists and one rebound in eight minutes during Saturday's 132-120 loss to New York.
The rookie first-rounder did not see the floor in the first three quarters but played the last 7:35 with Jalen Suggs (hip) exiting to the locker room and not returning. Richardson impressed during his limited run and ended with a bench-high nine points for Orlando. The Michigan State product is not guaranteed to play meaningful minutes on a nightly basis, though he could see increased playing time if Suggs is forced to miss additional time.
-
Wendell Carter Jr. ORL C
Magic's Wendell Carter: Efficient in loss
4h agoCarter finished Saturday's 132-120 loss to New York with 14 points (4-6 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 4-6 FT), six rebounds, four steals and two assists in 35 minutes.
Carter provided another efficient performance Saturday and was one of five Magic players to score in double figures, recording 14 points for a second consecutive contest. The big man also tallied a game- and season-best four steals, doubling his previous season high in swipes. Carter has scored in double figures in back-to-back outings following a three-game stretch in which he totaled 20 points. He has grabbed at least six rebounds in each of those five appearances.
-
Paolo Banchero ORL PF
Magic's Paolo Banchero: Scores 25 points in defeat
4h agoBanchero contributed 25 points (10-22 FG, 0-7 3Pt, 5-6 FT), eight rebounds, three assists and one steal in 35 minutes during Saturday's 132-120 loss to the Knicks.
Banchero had an abysmal outing from beyond the arc but still finished as Orlando's second-leading scorer. The star forward scored just eight points on 3-of-8 shooting in the first half but came alive in the second, when he totaled 17 points, albeit in a losing effort. He was also active on the glass, grabbing a game-high-tying eight rebounds. Banchero made his fourth appearance following a 10-game absence due to a groin strain and appears to be past his minutes restriction. The 23-year-old has totaled 67 minutes in his last two games, during which he has amassed 43 points, 15 rebounds, seven assists, one steal and one block.
-
OG Anunoby NY SF
Knicks' OG Anunoby: Well-rounded performance in victory
5h agoAnunoby ended with 24 points (8-13 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 5-6 FT), six rebounds, four assists, three steals and one block across 40 minutes during Saturday's 132-120 victory over the Magic.
Anunoby made his fourth appearance following a nine-game absence due to a left hamstring strain, delivering his best game since the extended absence. The 28-year-old forward logged a season-high 40 minutes and finished as New York's third-leading scorer behind Jalen Brunson (40) and Karl-Anthony Towns (29). Anunoby also tied the team-high mark in steals and has recorded multiple swipes in three consecutive contests. He has scored 20-plus points in two of those three outings.
-
Karl-Anthony Towns NY C
Knicks' Karl-Anthony Towns: Drops 29 points in win
5h agoTowns finished with 29 points (9-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 9-10 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 37 minutes during Saturday's 132-120 win over the Magic.
After shooting just 4-for-11 from the field in Tuesday's win over Toronto, Towns bounced back with an extremely efficient performance against Orlando. The star big man totaled 32 points in his previous two outings, though he dropped at least 29 points for the third time in five appearances during December on Saturday. He has averaged 25.0 points, 11.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.0 steals across 32.4 minutes per tilt this month.

Alec Regula EDM D
Oilers' Alec Regula: Gets first point of season
45m agoRegula logged an assist and went plus-3 in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Maple Leafs.
Regula finally earned his first point as an Oiler after being plucked off waivers one year and two days ago. He missed all of 2024-25 with a knee injury and dealt with an undisclosed injury in October, so his acclimation to the Oilers hasn't been easy. He's at one helper, 11 shots on net, 11 PIM, 12 hits, 19 blocked shots and a minus-6 rating over 18 appearances. He's virtually guaranteed a spot in the lineup following the Oilers' dealings Friday, which sent Brett Kulak to Pittsburgh and brought Spencer Stastney in from Nashville. Once Jake Walman (lower body) is healthy, Regula will compete with Ty Emberson and Stastney to round out the Oilers' blue line.
-
Darnell Nurse EDM D
Oilers' Darnell Nurse: Scores go-ahead goal
1h agoNurse scored a goal and went plus-3 in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Maple Leafs.
Nurse had been limited to two assists over his previous nine games. His tally late in the second period gave the Oilers a 3-2 lead, setting the stage for their dominant final frame. Nurse is up to six goals, six helpers, 75 shots on net, 70 blocked shots, 46 hits, 43 PIM and a minus-5 rating over 32 appearances in a top-four role this season.
-
Matias Maccelli TOR LW
Maple Leafs' Matias Maccelli: Scratched for seventh straight game
1h agoMaccelli was a healthy scratch Saturday.
He has watched from the press box for seven straight games. And prior to that, Maccelli had one assist and three shots in his previous eight games. He's simply not a Craig Berube guy, which means a trade could be possible. But his output makes that all but impossible. Maccelli has four goals and five assists in 22 games this season.
-
Zach Hyman EDM C
Oilers' Zach Hyman: Four goals in last two games
1h agoHyman scored a goal Saturday in a 6-3 win over Toronto.
He poked in a loose puck at the side of the net after Ryan Nugent-Hopkins centered it from below the goal line. Hyman had a hat trick Thursday against the Red Wings. He hasn't missed a beat since joining the Oilers after a long injury absence. Hyman has six goals, four assists and 32 shots in 13 games.
-
Kevin Hayes PIT RW
Penguins' Kevin Hayes: Lights lamp in loss
1h agoHayes scored a goal on two shots in Saturday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Sharks.
Hayes has been back in a bottom-six role lately, and he logged a season-low 9:19 of ice time in this contest. The center has three goals, two assists, 29 shots on net, 19 hits and a minus-1 rating over 15 appearances. Hayes likely won't see consistent top-six minutes, so his usefulness in fantasy is low.
-
Oliver Ekman-Larsson TOR D
Maple Leafs' Oliver Ekman-Larsson: Snaps six-game point drought
1h agoEkman-Larsson scored a goal Saturday in a 6-3 loss to the Oilers.
He wired a shot glove side from the high slot; it put the Leafs up 2-1 early in the second. It was Ekman-Larsson's first point in six games (13 shots). He's on a pace that could see him equal his career mark of 55 points, which he set 10 years ago. His success that season was built on the power play, where he recorded half of his points. Ekman-Larsson is doing it the hard way this year with just three of his 21 points coming with the man advantage.
