bobstoops1 August 19, 2010 4:36 pm You guys don't seriously expect to be very good this year do you? I see 6 games Tech will lose this year. Firing Leach is going to kill you for two or three years at least.

txbadge140 August 20, 2010 10:05 am I really don't know what to expect from the Red Raiders this year. Did I like what happen to Leach not one bit, still mad over it. Whats done is done and I hope Leach takes them to the cleaners. I will have to wait until the season to see how they will do, I will still pull for the Raiders and hope they have a good season.

Mooseknux August 23, 2010 10:33 am all depends on the defense. offense has the same talent (with added maturity/experience) but a different scheme. i think the offense will still be effective. i didn't like the way leach was pushed out, but from what i hear, the guys love tubby and feel like they're in a big time program now where they didn't get that feeling with leach. we'll see - it will be interesting to find out.

TxTechfan32 August 25, 2010 6:51 pm Bobstoops.. Are you kidding me? We've only gotten better. Sure, you can say we're rebuilding our line and switching schemes, but UT and OU are rebuilding a lot too. The only games I see us having a chance to lose are the OU, Byalor, and Colorado games. First and last, because we never seem to win those away games. We'll go 10-2 in my eyes and anything less will be disappointing.

weegdog905 August 25, 2010 9:08 pm You Raiders probably don't realize it yet but you just got an upgrade at Coach. Leach did alot for your program and had some years where you really battled Texas and Ok for a particular season for the best team in the Big 12. However you couldn't do that on a routine basis and Leach would never have gotten you to do this on a routine basis...IMO.

Now you have a guy that knows how to bui ...(more)
